Questions studios ask
What counts as an active retainer? A client with a recurring invoice in the current month. Paused retainers are free.
Do reminders go out from Aupilot? No. Every invoice and reminder goes out from your own address and carries your studio's name.
Can I keep project invoices outside Aupilot? Yes. Aupilot only touches the invoices it creates for retainers.
